Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed and shipped. All orders will be shipped within 24-48hours. Please note that estimated delivery times do not include order processing times. 

Domestic delivery (Thailand)
Free EMS delivery on all orders within Thailand by Thai Post (1-3 working days, excluding public holidays). All orders come with tracking services as standard. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Your delivery may require a signature on receipt.

International Delivery 

We offer DHL Express delivery to the following countries with an additional flat-rate charge. serviced by our delivery partners. Please check your zone area with estimated delivery time from following table.

  • Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. Shall a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to ANNALINAR. ANNALINAR in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways) as well as any duties imposed at the country of destination and in the country of origin. Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer. If you still wish to receive the goods from your initial failed order; a new order will need to be placed.
  • We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees will be due for re-sending any order(s). This must be paid in advance of shipment.
  • We will not accept responsibility for items being delivered to the incorrect location due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided to ANNALINAR.
  • We will not accept responsibility for the breakage/damage of any of our products that may occur during transit. ANNALINAR ensures that all products are packaged to safeguard protection during the delivery process.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any of our items/parcels during transit due to a fault of a third party service provider (the courier). However, ANNALINAR will assist the customer in liaising with the relevant courier party, to investigate a reported loss and pursue the appropriate channels until the matter is resolved.

Taxes & Duties

For all orders from our online store, the customer will be responsible for any Import and Clearance duties as well as any brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
