How do I place and order?
  • Browse the clothing from Shop/Collection/Home page or using search function.
  • Choosing the size and number, then click on “add to cart” on your selected item.
  • You then either have the option to proceed to checkout for payment and delivery options, or the option to continue shopping in order to browse for more items.
  • Checkout for payment process requires your billing details.
  • Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from Annalinar that we are processing your order.
How can I track my order?
  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email from Annalinar to let you know that we are processing your order. Once we have shipped your order, we will send email with a link to track your order.

How can I cancel an order?
  • As long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can cancel it immediately by contacting contact@annalinar.com.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will be able to process a return for you. Please go through the policy here.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
  • You don’t need to create an account with us to make a purchase, however by registering to have your own account with Annalinar, you’ll be able to save and manage your payment methods & addresses, review your history orders and get early notification for any new arrivals & promotions.

Prices & Payments

What are the accepted payment methods?
  • We accept Visa and Master Card along with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure system. Annalinar does not share or store any personal payment details.
What currency are your prices in?
  • Prices for all of our items are shown in THB and USD.
Do you accept payment in my currency?
  • When ordering from Annalinar, payments can be charged in THB and USD. You have the option to browse in both currency.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return/exchange an order?
  • You can return or exchange an item within 14 days after receipt of your parcel.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and sent back in their original packaging, with all swing tags attached.

What is your refund policy?
  • Once we have received the return we will aim to process your refund within 7 to 10 working days
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment
  • All items will be fully inspected upon receipt, if we found the refund policy has not been followed we may refuse a refund
  • Delivery cost/International postage including custom tax or duty fees is non-refundable.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
  • Contact us on contact@annalinar.com with a photo of the damaged, defective or incorrect item you received, as well as your order number. We will take care of you.

What’s my size?
  • We have provided a size guide here. The guide includes a comparison of standard international sizes to help give you an idea of which size is right for you and also provided body measurement guide.
  • The length of the garment related to the style as displayed of each item will be stated within the individual item description.

Do you offer an alterations service?
  • We provide a free alteration services for made to order items only. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
